On March 21st 2026, KU Leuven welcomed more than 300 students to its Info Day on Bioscience Engineering, offering an introduction to the field and an opportunity to explore ongoing research.
As part of the event, the Lammertyn lab presented a range of its research activities, including work related to the key FORTIFIEDx technology: (i)SIMPLE microfluidics. The event provided students with an insight into how microfluidics and biosensor technologies can be applied to develop innovative diagnostic solutions.
